Thomas Baglivo founded Baglivo Associates in November 2008. With over 28 years of experience in the Mid Atlantic region providing professional architectural design services for clients which manage, maintain, and plan for commercial, industrial, and residential types of buildings. Thomas has been appointed by GSA’s Commissioner of Public Buildings to serve on its National Register of Peer Professionals for the Design Excellence Program for a 2 year term. Thomas Baglivo is currently a registered architectural professional in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Florida, Ohio, and Kentucky with registrations pending in DC.
Niki Baglivo has been working at Baglivo Associates since February 2013. She graduated from Drexel University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. While at Drexel University, she opted into the “co-op” program which allowed her to work and gain experience before graduation. Niki has extensive knowledge in space planning, finish selection, and construction documentation. Niki is also the in house interior and architectural rendering specialist, and is NCIDQ certified. She brings a fresh, young outlook to the team.
Sarah McDonough joined Baglivo Associates in September 2015. She graduated from Arcadia University in 2012, and was on the Dean's Distinguished Honors List throughout her college career. She was also the recipient of the Ruth C. Grant Distinguished Achievement award in the Fine Arts. Sarah specializes in space planning, finish selections, graphic presentations, and photo-realistic renderings. A lover of learning, Sarah is currently pursuing a second degree in Fine Woodworking. She is a great asset to the BA team!
Samantha Koffler started working at Baglivo Associates in April 2018. She graduated from Drexel University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and minors in both Art History and Sustainability in the Built Environment. Since then, she has gained professional experience in space planning, photo-realistic rendering, specifying finishes and furniture, and final drawing audits. She enjoys working collaboratively to develop unique designs and create effective solutions.

Johnele Riles attends High Point University and will be graduating in 2020 with a B.S. in interior design with a minor in studio art. She has been on the Dean’s list throughout her college career. Johnele loves to space plan and render, seeing her designs come to life in 3-D. She is eager to learn more about drafting while at Baglivo, as well as hone her rendering skills and work directly with clients.
Dawn Bergmaier earned a bachelor degree in fine arts from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and began her professional career as a metalsmith. She ran a jewelry business where she designed and fabricated an extensive line of jewelry, and also taught metals classes at Moore College of Art and Design and the Main Line Art Center. Dawn then decided to pursue a new career and earned a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Drexel University. She has designed interiors for multi-family and senior living communities, and currently focuses on designing commercial spaces for Baglivo Associates. Her background in fine arts brings a creative eye to her work and her attention to detail assures accuracy and organization.
Allison McCabe is a recent graduate from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. While in school she had the opportunity to intern with the Global Real Estate & Facilities team at SAP Americas. She gained experience in resource coordination, space planning, rendering, and furniture & finish specification. Allison hopes to enhance her drafting skills as well as gain a well-rounded knowledge of the business. She is excited to be a part of the Baglivo Associates team.
